1. COMPANY AND OWNERSHIP DATA
1.a) The website www.numismaticavaresina.it is managed by Numismatica Varesina Srl, with headquarters in Via F. Del Cairo 17, 21100 Varese, VAT no. 03268790122.
1.b) In this contract, the site www.numismaticavaresina.it will be referred to as the "Site", while the company Numismatica Varesina Srl will be referred to as the "Company".
2. DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES, WARRANTIES
2.a) All descriptions and images of the products presented on the Site are accurate and up-to-date.
2.b) The images may differ slightly from the goods shipped in terms of colour, shape and size due to monitor settings.
2.c) All coins listed in our catalog are guaranteed authentic.
2.d) Description and evaluation of the degree of conservation are accurate.
3. Accettazione ordini
3.a) By placing an order on the Site, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchase procedure.
3.b) The Company has the right not to accept the proposal without owing anything to the customer who formulated it for any reason. Any right of the customer to any compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or things, caused by the non-acceptance of the proposed order.
3.c) In the event of unavailability of the goods, the purchase order will be canceled and immediate communication will be given to the customer. In the event of payment already received, a full refund of the amount paid to the customer will be made, who will have nothing further to claim for any reason.
4. Shipments
4.a) The Company undertakes to send the products purchased on the Site as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days of confirmation of payment.
4.b) The shipping address is the one indicated by the customer when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. In no case will shipments be made to PO boxes, mail boxes and the like. For the collection of each shipment, the signature of an adult is required.
4.c) All goods are carefully packed in a padded envelope.
4.d) In the event of tampering with the package, the customer who accepts the goods shipped without objecting to the courier for any tampering with the wrapping and/or contents, will assume all risks and consequences, automatically exempting both the courier who delivered the package and the Company. Therefore, at the time of delivery, the customer is required to verify the perfect integrity of the package. If the package should show alterations in its packaging or evident tampering, the customer is requested to reject the package from the sender without accepting its collection, or open it in front of the delivery staff and, if necessary, file an immediate and contextual complaint with the relative written complaint to The Courier. In all these cases, the customer will also be asked to notify the Company immediately by e-mail at info@numismaticavaresina.it or by telephone at +39 0332.237040. If the customer decides to collect the package despite the alterations, the Company cannot be held responsible for any shortages in the contents of the shipment.
4.e) The goods travel at the buyer's risk.
4.f) Shipping and delivery costs are charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted before placing the order.
4.g) No compensation can be charged or requested from the Company in the event of a delay in fulfilling the order or in delivering the goods covered by the contract. The customer cannot refuse to receive the shipment except in the case of tampering, alteration or suspicion of damage to the contents caused by an evident alteration of the package, in which cases he will be asked to reject it.
5. Payments
5.a) The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
5.b) The Company accepts payments in the following ways:
- Bank transfer to the coordinates sent during the order. The customer's name and surname together with the purchase order number must always appear in the reason for the transfer, as
indicated on the website once the purchase process has been completed, and/or as indicated in the subsequent order confirmation email.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), through the banking gateway set up by Stripe. The data relating to the credit card used by the Customer are in no way known to the Company, but
reside exclusively on Stripe's secure payment servers.
- Paypal, through your Paypal account or by credit card, in compliance with the spending limits imposed by Paypal on unverified users, for reasons related to the security of transactions.

- Cash on delivery (only for Italy)
- Payment to postal current account using the coordinates sent in the order
5.c) In the event that the customer is late in paying the agreed sum, the Company will solicit its execution. If the amount due is not paid within 5 working days of receiving the order, the Company reserves the right to consider the purchase order as null, making the goods available again for purchase by third parties.
5.d) Any additional costs related to the payment method chosen by the Customer are explicitly highlighted before placing the order.
5.e) Payments are accepted not only in Euros, but also in dollars, pounds sterling and Swiss francs, subject to exchange agreement.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.a) The Customer who is not satisfied with the purchase made can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation on distance selling, in particular Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 (consumer code) and must send (by registered letter with return receipt) a communication to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer is invited to send the Company forward this communication via e-mail to the address: info@numismaticavaresina.it. The registered letter must be sent to: Numismatica Varesina Srl, Via F. Del Cairo 17, 21100 Varese (Italy).
7.b) The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the products must be returned in the same conditions existing at the time of their receipt, complete in all their parts, accessories in general, box, and any piece received from the Company.
7.c) The return must take place in a single shipment and never in separate shipments under penalty of forfeiture of the right itself.
7.d) As required by law, the goods subject to withdrawal travel at the risk and expense of the customer, who is therefore requested to agree via email or telephone with the Company on the choice of the most suitable means of delivery for the case. The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, except in the case of an error by the Company, in which case they will be borne by the Company. There will be no other case of charging expenses to the Company itself. The Company will reject any package for which the courier or postman requests any consideration for both cash on delivery and shipping costs, as well as expenses of any kind.
7.e) The package must be properly sealed and sent to the address indicated as the sender on the incoming shipment, namely: Numismatica Varesina Srl, Via F. Del Cairo 17, 21100 Varese (Italy). The package or gummed envelope must be properly sealed with package adhesive tape signed in all potentially violable parts in order to make the package unique and unrepeatable.
7.f) In the event of obvious tampering with the package upon its receipt as a return, the same will be rejected to give the customer the possibility of retaliating against the carrier and thus start the courier or postal insurance procedure.
7.g) Reimbursement of the price paid will take place exclusively through payment to the buyer's bank or post office account within 14 working days of acceptance of the return.
